Background

A project aimed at three courses of a three years period of secondary schools of second degree at a private institute, which also includes primary schools and first level secondary schools; it has achieved the goal of renewing the traditional teaching methods by effectively introducing new technologies.
Before the technological solutions were put in place, teachers and the Education Office were provided with skills, especially in the planning stage, to support students in the use of multimedia and interactive educational content and materials both in place and by remote

Requirement

The school was aiming at optimising, also in economic terms, the selection, production and use of educational materials offered to the studends, and to "modernise" its overall image too. The school was then provided with all the necessary tools to redefineits teaching units in most of the subjects taught in the school itself . The school also requested to test a devoted platform through which distribute all the academic materials.

 

Solution

Downline of a training course, teachers year by year manage through the platform the teaching materials, collaborative activities and tasks of all the courses assigned to them (reference subject and class) out of the assets of educational units developed in previous years by colleagues of all disciplines.  In turn, the students enter with different devices (PC, notebook, tablet), the subjects of their studies to accomplish the tasks assigned, revise or deepen the lecture in class


Added Value

While considering the initial investment mainly oriented to the technological equipment and the advisory support offered, the school has been able to independently build a set of contents - materials prepared by the teachers according to the school's and class' specific cognitive style of learning - that year after year are enriched and renewed, contributing also to families' household savings for the purchase of textbooks

Academy, implemented on multi-device theme branded with organization's logos. For maximum reliability, the application was implemented supporting its configuration on hosting purchased and managed by us

Knowledge

The customer acquired autonomy of administration and control of the platform in a very short time

Year after year, the newly hired or those that were involved in the project latter, teachers are supported in the creation of new educational units
