PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Please note that the data you provide on this site upon your completion of the "contact form" (or form or email form) on the website, will be treated in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003., Code regarding the protection of personal data.

The contact form made available on the site has the sole purpose of allowing website visitors to contact, if they agree, the manager of this site, by sending an email to the manager through this form.

This information concerns the personal data provided by the user at the time of completing the contact form.

We inform you that the data you voluntarily provide via the form will be e-mailed and,  if necessary, be kept within the email system used by the site’s owner. 

Data is recorded neither on other media or devices, nor other data is recorded arising from the navigation on your site.

1. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The purposes of your data processing are as follows:

The data you sent will be used for the sole purpose to contact you back by some information you inserted via contact form to process your requests contained in any message you send via the contact form available on the website.

2. NATURE OF DATA AND PROCESSING METHOD

  1. The processed personal data will be only the strictly necessary common data and relevant to the purposes referred to in the above mentioned point 1.
  2. The processing of personal data is carried out by means of operations or transactions listed in Art. 4 Paragraph 1. Point a) of the Legislative Decree 196/2003. 
  3. The processing is done directly by the owner.

3. NATURE AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL

Remember that you are not forced to give the site manager your personal data via contact form.

The conferring of your data by using the contact form is optional.

However, the refusal to the conferring for the purposes of art. 1 will make it impossible to contact the operator of the website via the contact form made available on the site.

4. HOLDER OF DATA PROCESSING

The personal data collected through the contact form will be sent via email to the manager of this website, who will be the holder of the processing.

5. RIGHTS OF THE HOLDER

Remember that at any time you can exercise the rights granted by article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 that we mention here below, by writing to the manager of this website via contact form.

Article 7. of the Legislative Decree 196/2003.

Right of access to personal data and other rights

  1. You have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or absence of personal data concerning yourself, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
  2. You have the right to obtain the indication:
    1. the origin of personal data;
    2. the purposes and methods of processing;
    3. the logic applied in case of processing by the support of electronic tools;
    4. the holder’s data and those ones of the manager and representative appointed pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
    5. the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can get to know them as representative appointed in the State, managers or agents.
  3. You have the right to obtain:
    1. updating, modification or, when interested, integration of data;
    2. anonymous cancellation, transformation or blocking of unlawfully processed data, including data which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
    3. certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to those whose data was communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement results impossible or involves the use of means that are clearly disproportionate in comparison with the protected right.
  4. d) The interested party has the right to object, totally or partially:
    1. for lawful reasons to the processing of personal data concerning the holder, as well as relevant to the purpose of the collection;
    2. the processing of personal data concerning the holder for the purpose of sending advertising materials or selling directly or for purposes of market research or commercial communication.

6. DURATION OF PROCESSING

The processing will have a duration no longer than the necessary one to the purposes for which data was collected.
